I’m a huge Disney fan and love Thomas Kinkade’s art as well, so you can imagine my excitement to spot this calendar. I ordered it and it arrived perfectly on time, but I wasn’t able to open it until today. That’s when I realized my calendar came damaged.At first glance it look perfect; and I shamelessly opened to April, my birthday month, to see what Disney character I got. Imagine my disappointment to realize there was what appeared to be an oil stain on the first Saturday of the month! Looking at the image, I tried to see if there was any gunk on the image, and there was- after gently rubbing my finger on the hunk it came back dark, and the image rubbed off! Whatever this stuff was it bled through from February to March, effectively ruining the paper. (EDIT: and, for some reason, the month of August.)Is it still usable? Yes, and I will be using it regardless. But I’m more than a little heartbroken, and will definitely not buy again.
