It has pretty much all been said here, but this book is absolutely stunning! I was a little worried about paying $45 sight unseen, especially since I had read a couple of very bad reviews here, but I wanted a keepsake of Thomas Kinkade's paintings... so I took a chance. I could not be more pleased. As it has been said, the book is leather-type bound with beautiful illustrations on the front and back, and is filled with Thomas' exquisite paintings of cottages, locations from the Western U.S., various states and major U.S. and World Cities. I believe any Thomas Kinkade admirer would be thrilled to own this book, and I highly recommend it. I want to walk into each painting and live there for a while....
